Responsibilities
Provide support to retail operations, seeking performance improvement through implementation and execution of the retail model and strategy;
Implement best practices for products and marketing levers;
Support internal teams in day-to-day activities, acting as a channel for clarifying doubts and achieving business objectives;
Monitor sales performance (Sell Out);
Analyze performance dashboards to develop action plans aimed at boosting business performance and profitability;
Act as an ambassador and primary promoter of the Execution Plan at points of sale (POS);
Serve as the regional focal point for support of marketing materials, facilitating the connection between marketing and the retail network;
Drive engagement with national promotions and advise POS on material placement, approach, and execution of activities;
Monitor and support marketing-driven activities that may take place regionally.
Requirements
Experience in commercial roles supporting customer portfolios;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Commercial, or related fields;
Valid driver's license (category B);
Strong negotiation skills and experience executing in-store strategies at the point of sale;
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Availability to travel;
Preferred: MBA.
