Responsibilities
Organizational and operational management and oversight of a team of service-center fulfillment partners
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure high after-sales efficiency and quality based on clearly defined KPIs
Close collaboration with colleagues in Vendor Management, team leadership, the service leadership team and internal departments
Coordinate and deliver onboarding and training programs
Prepare and analyze KPI reports and derive measures to improve processes and quality
Manage invoice data and analyze monthly service performance
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in after-sales, vendor management, or the tourism sector
Completed vocational training or long-standing experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or similar providers
Strong analytical skills and a KPI-oriented working style
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a collaborative leadership style
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), tourism search systems and CRS
Responsible, hands-on mentality and a passion for long-term team development
Excellent written and spoken English
