About the role

  • Customer Support Representative fluent in Slovenian to deliver support via various communication channels. Assisting customers with queries and enhancing their satisfaction while working from home in Slovenia.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound communication (voice, email, social media, and video calls).
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, ordering, and product usage queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely after-call notes in English using CRM systems.
  • Actively promote company products and services through upselling and cross-selling to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Leverage data insights to proactively engage customers, improving outcomes and success rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Slovenian
  • Advanced (B2) level in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing customer expectations
  • Experience in de-escalating scenarios and ensuring positive outcomes
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
