Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for our customers in France regarding their pet insurance
Handle incoming requests by phone and email
Process reimbursement claims independently: review quotes and invoices to determine eligibility for reimbursement
Support payment reminder campaigns (outgoing calls)
Assist with moderation on our social media channels and Trustpilot
Requirements
French (C1–C2) and strong English (C1)
Experience in customer service
Reliability, organizational skills, and adaptability to unforeseen situations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and empathetic manner
Self-motivated and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and punctuality to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer support tool
Affinity for animals or knowledge of veterinary insurance is a plus
Ability to handle complex customer situations calmly and professionally
Experience in insurance or digital services
Basic knowledge of German is a plus
