Responsibilities
Atender las alertas generadas en los sistemas sobre operaciones inusuales para identificar y prevenir fraudes.
Validar los documentos de identidad oficial de manera inmediata, en ventas detectadas como sospechosas por las herramientas automatizadas:
Aprobado aquellos casos legítimos para contribuir con el incremento de ventas,
Bloqueando aquellos casos fraudulentos, y reportandolos de forma oportuna.
Detectar patrones y tendencias de riesgo interno y externo para identificar las causas y proponer controles de reducción de riesgo de fraude.
Requirements
Estudios técnicos o universitarios inconclusos en áreas relacionadas como Administración de Empresas, Comunicaciones o afines.
Experiencia en servicio o atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector de ventas o financiero, al menos un año.
Conocimiento básico de herramientas de Microsoft Office y google suite
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y sensibilidad cultural para mantener altos niveles de satisfacción al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, alto sentido de urgencia y manejo de situaciones difíciles bajo presión.
