Responsibilities
Manage executives’ calendars and prioritize schedules
Organize and coordinate meetings
Coordinate with the accounting department, managing invoices and expenses
Manage the process of contract signing and mailing
Establish contact with senior executives of client organizations
Manage travel arrangements including flights and accommodations
Work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in an assistant/administrative role
Completed or at least ongoing BsC studies, preferably in a business-related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Motivation to engage in new tasks and willingness to develop professionally
Proficient in Hungarian
At least intermediate in English
