About the role

Responsibilities
- You will take responsibility for our sales activities and acquire and develop new customers.
- Your objective will be to scale our platform in industrial environments across Europe and beyond.
- Identify business opportunities and independently generate and qualify promising leads.
- Run outreach activities to convince prospects to participate in live demonstrations of our software platform.
- Conduct software demonstrations independently.
- Expand our direct sales pipeline and processes.
- Support the creation of content such as success stories, sales pitches, whitepapers, etc., to accelerate the sales process and increase close rates.
Requirements
- Strong hunter mentality and a high degree of persistence.
- Experience in sales and lead generation, supported by demonstrable success and references.
- Sales experience in industrial environments and an affinity for the planning and construction sector.
- Understanding of the business processes of our customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for engaging with potential customers.
- Honesty and a genuine interest in people and in understanding customers' pain points.
- An affinity for technical products is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English language skills are required; French and Italian are a plus.
- You must be authorized to work in Switzerland.
