Responsibilities
Handle leads that arrive via channels such as phone calls, chats, emails and forms with agility and business acumen;
Strategically qualify each lead, understanding the account potential and its fit with our solutions;
Conduct consultative negotiations, addressing objections and taking ownership to close deals;
Escalate leads that require more complex approaches to specialist teams, helping to keep the pipeline healthy;
Work with performance and conversion targets, with autonomy to test approaches and learn quickly.
Requirements
Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical ability.
Energy and a passion for serving our customers.
University degree (in progress or completed).
Experience in a Junior Enterprise (Empresa Júnior).
Knowledge of sales funnel management.
