Sales Manager leading Everself’s patient acquisition team for non-surgical weight loss procedures. Driving conversion rates and optimizing sales processes for impactful patient experiences.
Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of sales representatives responsible for converting inbound patient leads into consultations and procedures.
Track and analyze key conversion metrics across the patient acquisition funnel.
Train representatives to guide patients through complex, high-consideration healthcare decisions with empathy, credibility, and clarity.
Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures that enable the team to perform at a high level.
Partner with Growth, Product, and Care Operations to improve lead routing, sales tools, messaging, and follow-up workflows.
Work closely with marketing, clinical, and care operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from first inquiry through consultation and procedure scheduling.
Requirements
5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments
2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data
Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations
Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical procedures; Experience in high-consideration consumer sales; Experience managing inbound or SDR sales teams; Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools; Experience scaling or rebuilding a sales team
