Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infobip recruiting top talent across different teams in EMEA. Managing full-cycle recruitment and developing strategies to attract the best candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including conducting intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and collaborating with Business Partners and the Compensation team to negotiate offers with candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition Global projects (eg. Referral Programs, LinkedIn optimization, Internal Mobility initiatives) to drive continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition Global processes.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to align on talent requirements, provide strategic consultation, and support and train them on effective interviewing techniques to influence optimal hiring decisions.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and a seamless interview process.
Work closely with the Employer Branding team to promote Infobip’s employer brand and attract top talent by representing the company at internal and external events.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruiting for a business positions (preferably customer facing positions).
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions at all seniority levels.
Preferably on the markets as Europe, MENA or Africa.
Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ( Workday is a plus).
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Showing adaptabiliity and thrive in managing multiple priorities and roles within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in English language ( any additional language is a plus)
Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
