Responsibilities
Act as the operational backbone of global Operations recruitment process
Manage inbound applications from candidates interested in becoming operators at live sporting events
Review applications, communicate with candidates, and guide them through each stage of the process
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and regional operations leads
Ensure candidate pipelines are organised, and data is accurate within the Applicant Tracking System, Ashby
Identify inefficiencies in the hiring workflow, introduce small automations, improve candidate communications, and help scale the process during peak seasonal hiring periods
Help the team prepare for peak hiring windows and ensure handling of higher application volumes smoothly

Experience supporting recruitment processes, high-volume hiring, or working with an Applicant Tracking System such as Ashby would be beneficial
