Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, from generating leads to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
Partner with clients to recommend appropriate products/services and build lasting relationships.
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
Proactively propose innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales.
Comfortable managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
Ability to drive a deal from prospecting through to contract signing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demos and negotiate confidently.
Proactive: able to take on significant responsibilities and move initiatives forward.
Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot…) and related sales tools.
