Responsibilities
Lead Prospecting - Conduct research to identify and target potential customers within the defined market segment.
Qualification and Nurturing - Communicate with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
Sales Pipeline Management - Effectively manage and organize leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborative Teamwork - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable insights gathered from interactions with prospects.
Relationship Building - Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
Continuous Learning - Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant work experience
1+ years of sales experience desired but not mandatory
Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (100+/day)
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, resulting in successful handoffs to the sales closing team
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed
Ability to lift 65lbs
