Hold the insurance license required by NC
Minimum of two years personal lines insurance CSA experience
Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages
Strong customer focus and excellent phone manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent math and reading skills
Ability to handle difficult customer phone calls
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Technology and computer proficiency including agency management systems.
