Responsibilities
Assist franchisees with tracking orders, resolving issues with damaged or missing items, and addressing questions about product availability.
Act as a bridge between franchisees and our suppliers to ensure any supply-related issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Respond to support requests through the Gorgias platform integrated with our Shopify store, as well as through our dedicated support email address.
Contribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, innovation, and employee engagement.
Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Requirements
Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
College education is strongly preferred, though we recognize that great talent comes from many different paths.
Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with franchisees and suppliers.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle a range of order-related issues.
Comfortable learning new platforms; experience with Gorgias is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Previous experience in an e-commerce support environment is helpful but not mandatory.
Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred
