Responsibilities
Your role will focus on sales, client relationships, and customer service.
Morning Check-In: Review project leads, review scheduled meetings for the day, and follow up with potential clients.
Client Meetings: Meet with homeowners to discuss their needs, present siding solutions, and provide detailed project quotes.
Build trust and close sales by demonstrating the value of Ideal Siding's services.
Follow Up: Follow up on leads, and build relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Problem-Solving: Address client questions or concerns promptly.
Daily Wrap-Up: Review progress, evaluate your sales pipeline, and plan for the next day.
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).
