Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor to your existing customers, you identify additional value for their business processes and guide them holistically through the entire proposal process — from product demonstrations to contract negotiations.
You act as the central interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring that information is communicated precisely, purposefully, and appropriately for each audience.
With your reliable and personable manner, you build trust and foster open, honest communication at all levels. By actively contributing your ideas, you make a significant contribution to the team's success.
You independently take part in online demos and product presentations, presenting our solutions convincingly — alone or together with our presales team.
In close cooperation with Marketing and our experienced Sales team, you help achieve shared successes.
You also maintain customer data carefully in the CRM system and support sales planning and reporting.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training or a degree, providing a solid foundation for sales.
You are driven by enthusiasm for software, business processes, and digital selling, and you are curious to learn new things.
You communicate effectively with strong verbal and written German skills; English skills are a plus.
Willingness to learn is natural for you — you want to discover new things and take on responsibility.
You are conscientious and personable, with the ability to communicate openly and clearly.
You are self-motivated — you take initiative and work independently.
Ideally, you have initial experience in sales, customer consulting, or with digital tools, but this is not a requirement.
