Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a sales team and driving growth within the Rentokil family of companies. Focused on achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region
Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage a team of sales managers in the designated area
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance
Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory
Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team
Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits
Monitor progress against revenue objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
Preferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity
Proven history developing sales colleagues
Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience
Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment
Available to travel as needed
