Content Specialist supporting the Social Media Content team by creating and managing content. Requires marketing experience and strong creative collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Help create and maintain the social media content calendar and track creative briefs for content and campaign assets.
Work with Social Media Photographer, creative services, video production and merchants to help create exciting content for all social media channels.
Schedule daily content on all social media channels.
Responsible for portions of the social media weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and tracking.
Partner with copywriting and social media team to ensure all external communications and copy are on brand.
Help coordinate and execute sweepstakes prizing and fulfillment.
Help manage user-generated content; gain user approvals, approving and scheduling UGC.
Stay up to date with influencers and content creators and partner with Influencer Specialist to activate content creators for owned content.
Requirements
1-2 years prior marketing experience or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Experience with Social Insights
BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
Ability to work nights, weekends and travel to events
Passion and open mind regarding music, pop culture and fashion trends
