- End-to-end content creation: You plan, film and edit compelling Reels and short videos on-site at our clients' locations (or in our office).
- Storytelling: You write captivating captions that not only inform but also evoke emotion.
- Trend scouting: You know the latest social media trends before they go viral and understand how to adapt them appropriately for the hospitality industry.
- Tool expertise: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva and common AI tools (such as ChatGPT) are your everyday companions.
- Ownership: You work independently, contribute your own ideas and proactively implement them.
Requirements
- Social media DNA: You are at home on the platforms and know exactly what content works.
- Eye for detail: You have a strong aesthetic sense, especially when it comes to hospitality and lifestyle topics.
- Hands-on mentality: You love being behind the camera and capturing the perfect moment.
- Creativity & language: You are inventive and have very good proficiency in German (and ideally English).
- Flexibility, reliability, passion and attention to detail.
- Sense of language & strong writing skills.
