HR Business Partner for KPMG's Advisory Department providing HR guidance and solutions. Leading recruitment, training needs, and employee relations in a hybrid workplace.
Responsibilities
Consult with management of Advisory department and provide daily HR guidance
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Performance&Culture department to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Lead salary budgeting and salary review activities in Advisory
Prepare and conduct calibration meetings as part of annual performance development process.
Oversee recruitment activities and statuses for Advisory vacancies
Coordinate complex employee relations issues
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner at least 3 years
Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Analytical and goal oriented personality
Able to work independently and in team
Demonstrated experience with HR metrics
Deep knowledge of labor legislation
