Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals for therapists and clinicians
Source, attract, and hire top talent using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
Provide guidance and support to more junior recruiters and interns
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect their requirements
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage candidate information and track hiring metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role
Experience recruiting therapists and clinicians is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
