Intern in Sales & Customer Success at Höme, supporting festival partnerships and managing customer relations in a dynamic environment. Focused on communication, organization, and hands-on event support.
Responsibilities
You act as the interface between Höme and our partners: from initial contact and proposal processes to implementation and ongoing cooperation management.
You will learn how sales and customer relationship management work in a creative environment.
Your tasks include maintaining our existing partnerships, identifying new partners, and helping shape how we can better support festival organizers and other events.
Customer Success Management: You are the first point of contact for our partners and support them in getting the most out of our tools for their events.
Database maintenance: You ensure our information is up to date, clean, and well organized.
Research: You discover new and interesting events that could be a great fit for us.
Support & tools: You will work with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and, of course, email.
On-site support: When needed, you will occasionally be on-site at events and support our team at entrances.
Reporting & analysis: You assist in analysing feedback and data so we can continue to improve.
Requirements
You are currently in vocational training or enrolled in a degree program in business administration, communications, media, or a related field.
You enjoy communication, organisation and working independently.
You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing and always find the right tone.
You have a structured way of working and a good sense for people.
Ideally, you have some first experience in sales or customer support.
We prefer applicants based in Berlin or the surrounding area so you can work remotely and also come into the office as needed.
It is important to us that you are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
