Client Success Executive ensuring success for enterprise clients in a hybrid remote setup while enhancing their organizational growth and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
Work closely with internal teams to align account activities with each client's strategic objectives and specific needs
Execute agreed plans meticulously, meeting deadlines mutually established with the client
Develop and maintain comprehensive joint impact plans for your key accounts
Proactively inform and guide clients on new features and updates
Monitor adoption and usage trends
Identify potential churn risks and retention challenges
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Conduct regular, clear business and strategic reviews
Act as the primary advocate for clients
Requirements
7 to 10 years (or more) of professional experience
Proven experience in Management Consulting, Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographic clients
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
Comfortable working in a startup-like environment
Project management experience is an asset
Relevant experience in social or media intelligence, SaaS, PR, or Marketing
A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role
Willingness to embrace our hybrid work schedule
Native or near-native proficiency in French is essential
