About the role
- Join Vitrio as a CRM Apprentice to support and learn about CRM campaign operations. Develop skills in client management and operational tasks in a hybrid model based in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Organization: organize and maintain the customer drive, and update historical spreadsheets
- Operation: learn and support the use of the main CRM tools, performing tests and validations alongside analysts
- Support the execution of campaigns (email sends, SMS, etc.)
- Assist in building and updating reports
- Contribute observations, questions, and learnings about the operation
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed High School/Technical School (Preferably enrolled in a college/university program in technology-related fields)
- Reside in São Paulo (availability for occasional hybrid work in Pinheiros, SP)
