Responsibilities

  • responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • managing client relationships

  • develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • identify and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting methods
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts
  • collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM software
  • attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels
  • proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
