About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Co-create tailored concepts with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support them in implementing strategic transformations
- Advance our consulting offerings by contributing experience and new methodologies
- Provide technical leadership to (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or with (leadership) experience within an IT organization
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong problem-solving orientation
- You are familiar with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
