About the role
- Managing Consultant in IT Operations at HiSolutions enhancing client IT performance through strategic consulting and IT service management analysis. Engaging with management-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Berate Kunden auf Management- und C-Level, zur Steigerung der Performance und Zukunftsfähigkeit der IT
- Analysiere und bewerte die IT-Organisation (u.a. IT-Infrastruktur, Operations, IT-Service-Management), um Stärken und Schwächen sichtbar zu machen
- Optimiere die Prozesse und definiere klare Verantwortlichkeiten, für eine wirksame und effiziente Leistungserbringung des IT-Betriebs
- Übernimm die fachliche Führung von Consultants und unterstütze bei deren Weiterentwicklung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Projekt- und Beratungserfahrung im IT-Betrieb oder ITSM, idealerweise auch in leitender Rolle
- Fundiertes Verständnis von ITIL und weiteren relevanten Frameworks, verbunden mit Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Organisationen
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken, gepaart mit Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Zusammenhänge und Ableitung praxisnaher Handlungsempfehlungen
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch verhandlungssicher)
