Responsibilities
Coordinate the Operations team, contributing to organization, prioritization and development of analysts and assistants.
Serve as the focal point for Operations and Resource Management, coordinating resource allocation activities, bench management, capacity planning and liaising with Recruitment.
Organize and ensure execution of the area's main routines, including monitoring forecast deviations and defining action plans.
Coordinate and prepare recurring agendas with stakeholders, ensuring the quality and consistency of information presented.
Support Project Managers on resourcing, forecasting and billing matters, ensuring process alignment and flow.
Ensure the quality and currency of information in the company’s systems.
Monitor staff productivity and propose actions to optimize allocation and reduce idle time.
Consolidate and analyze operational data (pipeline, backlog, revenue, headcount), generating insights for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and automation to drive greater efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
Previous experience in Operations, Resource Management or related areas.
Experience coordinating activities or providing indirect leadership to teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing data and performance indicators.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerApps or automation tools is desirable.
Advanced English.
