About the role

  • Customer Care Representative at Hempel providing excellent service in the chemical industry. Handling sales orders and facilitating effective communication with customers in Morocco.

Responsibilities

  • Process sales order in the ERP system as per the care working procedures, from various entry channels.
  • Prioritize orders in case of shortages as per the customer classification, coordinate return orders and issuing related credit notes.
  • Proactively own the outbound and inbound communication with the customers, ensuring a professional communication level.

Requirements

  • Experience and/or strong curiosity about dynamic Business-to-Customer service environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft preferred).
  • Experience with CRM systems is appreciated.
  • Proficient communication skills in French, Arabic, and English (this requirement is indispensable for the role).
