Responsibilities
Manage Juniper Channel Program including Partner onboarding and offboarding
Partner re-leveling and program compliance/ certification
Annual program compliance
Global and regional Partner promotion program
Deal Registration Support to implement GTM Channel Strategy
Collaboration with WW team and APAC regional teams
Escalation point of APAC team
Partner results tabulation and communication
Support Analytics for Channel leadership
Partner performance or other ad-hoc requests
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support related projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 5+ years of experience
Advanced knowledge and experience of PRM (Salesforce)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly Microsoft Excel
Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure, prioritizing the workload.
