Responsibilities
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
Creation and evaluation of statistics as well as maintenance and updating of master data
Preparation and calculation of quotations
Timely order entry and processing in close cooperation with the field sales team
Support with pre- and re-orders and active assistance of the sales team in the showroom
Analysis of business KPIs to support the sales function
Planning, organizing and implementing customer-specific sales activities
Support for various projects, e.g., mailings, trade show preparation and, where applicable, participation in trade shows
Handling and follow-up of customer complaints
Direct contact with our customers and participation in customer visits together with the sales team
Requirements
Completed commercial training or degree, or an equivalent qualification
Solid experience in inside or field sales
Analytical understanding and confident handling of numbers and KPIs
Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
Confident MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Business-fluent German and very good English skills
