About the role

  • Marketing Analyst in Grupo Assist developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Focused on campaign creation, market analysis, and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Development of the strategic marketing plan together with the commercial/sales team — emphasis on customer experience for B2B marketing
  • Production of content and prospecting campaigns (email marketing and social media)
  • Corporate communication with emphasis on brand positioning (presentations, opportunities/proposals, websites, and stationery)
  • Organizing events with direct contact with clients, partners, and suppliers (scope definition, quotations, contracting, and RSVP management)
  • Reporting on activities, return on investment, and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing briefs for partner agencies, monitoring and approving deliverables
  • Monitoring and approving deliverables from PR/communications partners — notes, announcements, scripts, and press releases
  • Lead qualification
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings related to the department
  • General communications and announcements, including job openings
  • Creation and updates of the group's and affiliated companies' websites.
