Responsibilities
Build a clear, scalable B2B marketing strategy
Turn existing activity into a predictable & measurable pipeline engine
Deliver high-quality customer engagement (we have 10 events planned)
Strengthen customer revenue (upsell & retention)
Ensure leadership has clear visibility on performance and ROI
Requirements
8+ years in B2B marketing in SaaS or marketplace
Experience operating at £20m-£50m+ revenue stage
Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in a lean team
