About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading go-to-market strategy for Unith, a conversational AI enterprise. Crafting brand narrative and positioning to elevate the company in an emerging technology market.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand, product marketing, and category creation
  • Define and own the narrative around conversational AI humans as the next interface
  • Position Unith as a category leader in real-time AI-driven human interaction
  • Build a premium, enterprise-grade brand aligned with consulting + platform positioning
  • Craft compelling messaging for multiple audiences: enterprise executives, product teams, innovation leaders
  • Drive thought leadership (LinkedIn, case studies, POVs, events) to shape market perception
  • Create high-impact narratives that elevate Unith beyond “AI vendor” to strategic partner
  • Own go-to-market strategy across core use cases: training, onboarding, sales, and customer experience
  • Translate complex capabilities into clear business value
  • Develop sales enablement materials, business cases, and client-facing narratives
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to launch new capabilities
  • Ensure strong alignment between messaging, pipeline generation, and revenue outcomes
  • Build and scale the marketing function across product marketing, content, and brand
  • Foster a culture of clarity, speed, and high standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and leadership
  • Align closely with revenue teams to support enterprise sales cycles and strategic deals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience scaling marketing in high-growth environments
  • Strong expertise in product marketing, brand strategy, and enterprise positioning
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and consultative GTM motions
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, simplifying complex technology into compelling narratives
  • Builder mentality, comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
  • Experience marketing AI, conversational systems, or emerging technologies
  • Background in category creation or repositioning
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyers and transformation challenges
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (product, engineering, AI)
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders: from operators to C-level executives
  • Hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition — internships and agency experience count
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; bonus if you've also worked in TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms
