Responsibilities
- Support our partner on level 2 operational incidents and problems
- Maintain the platform and implement enhancements
- Install, configure and monitor the infrastructure
- Create and optimize job/workflow chains
- Produce technical documentation
- Manage projects from development to delivery while respecting constraints (quality, deadlines, deliverables)
- Propose appropriate technical solutions and lead or support partners during implementation
- Attend operational follow-up meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Previous experience with large enterprise clients
- Conversational English
- Meticulous, agile, and enjoy working in a team
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Batch, Bash, …)
- Knowledge of project planning methodologies
- Experience managing Windows and Linux servers
- Familiarity with ticketing tools: ServiceNow (SNOW), JIRA, Confluence
