About the role

  • Warranty & Repair Administrator managing warranty and repair claims for customers of Proponent. Liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure claims are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and internal teams for warranty and repair claims
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle intake and processing of new claims
  • Explain warranty conditions and procedures to customers
  • Process and reconcile claim settlement paperwork
  • Investigate unsettled and short paid claims
  • Record and administer systems for parts returns and inspections

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-5 Years of Related Work Experience
  • B2B Customer Service Fundamentals
  • Proficient with ERP Software and Salesforce or Similar CRM Application
  • Advanced Data Entry
