Responsibilities
You actively support our HR lead with operational tasks, primarily in recruiting
You attend career fairs, events and school visits in person
You liaise directly with our operations teams and guide candidates through the application process
You manage candidate communication and applicant tracking, from scheduling to professional rejections
You contribute new recruiting ideas and help implement them — from social media to creative trade fair appearances
You organize and prepare HR activities such as apprenticeship days and recruitment campaigns, including pre- and post-event tasks
You serve as the point of contact for AMS, schools and external partners
Requirements
You are extroverted, proactive and genuinely enjoy communicating with people
You have a good sense for people and understand what hospitality talent needs and is looking for
You have experience in the gastronomy/hospitality sector — or a strong personal connection to the industry
You enjoy being out and about: you feel comfortable at fairs, on-site at operations or at events
You present yourself openly and communicatively and approach tasks in a solution-oriented way
You are interested in recruiting, events and employer branding and want to actively help shape these areas
You work independently but also enjoy being part of a close-knit team
