Responsibilities
To drive the OEM sales target in terms of Volume and Gross Margin
To develop the new business opportunity
Maintain a good relationship with Key OEM customers and dealer group
Lead and develop a high-performance 4S regional sales team
Driving the effective annual business plan for responsible OEMs
Collecting market information/sales data from OEMs
4S shop visit to collect competitor information and study 4S business trends
Winning national dealer group business to raise penetration in OE 4S stores
Developing promotion plans for store sell-out
Collaborating with logistic and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and process adherence
Requirements
Bachelor degree in related business Required
Specific background of auto industry Desired
8+ year working experiences
at least 6 years’ sales experience
5 years people management
Having the experience of related OEM customer development and retention will be preferred
Tire sales experience will be preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Have the ability and experience to build a new business models
Strong ability to motivate team to hit challenging goal
Profound key account management skill
Vehicle and tire technique knowledge
Channel sales promotion knowledge and channel promotion tools/ways
Proficient in using Office software
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
