Responsibilities
Convert leads into active, funded clients through effective communication and personalized support.
Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention targets.
Build strong client relationships by providing market insights and tailored solutions.
Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on client activity, performance metrics, and lead status.
Stay updated on Forex market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
Experience in sales or Customer Support in CFD, forex, stocks, crypto, real estate, and insurance industries is a plus
Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
Excellent Tagalog skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in additional dialects or languages, such as Bisaya, Ilocano, Bicolano, or similar, is considered an advantage.
