About the role

  • Account Manager acting as primary contact for clients, ensuring campaign success and long-term growth at Charity Link. Engaging with clients and driving campaign delivery and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main client contact, managing daily queries, issues, complaints, and opportunities
  • Lead campaign delivery from briefing through to execution and performance monitoring
  • Present client briefings, reports, and performance reviews (weekly and quarterly)
  • Analyse data, track KPIs, and provide clear insights to inform and improve campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign setup and delivery
  • Ensure all campaign materials and content are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose
  • Provide forecasting and highlight potential risks or opportunities
  • Support field teams with training, updates, and campaign communications
  • Lead client meetings and act as first point of escalation for campaign issues
  • Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry regulations and internal processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing client relationships
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience creating and presenting reports and insights
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work proactively
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Project management experience from concept to delivery
