About the role

  • Associate Director driving strategic partnerships and business development in healthcare's chronic disease management sector. Leading initiatives in interoperability solutions and digital health ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships in chronic disease management
  • Develop and present business cases, including ROI modeling and strategic fit assessments
  • Engage and negotiate with external partners in EHR vendors, interoperability solution providers, remote monitoring companies, and health IT ecosystems
  • Structure innovative partnership models (e.g., co-development, licensing, joint ventures)
  • Define shared goals, governance structures, and success metrics for each partnership
  • Develop and manage joint work plans, roadmaps, and proof-of-concept pilots for integrated chronic disease management solutions
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior leadership on partnership strategy in digital health and interoperability domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, marketing, clinical)
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to manage ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and market dynamics.
  • MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
  • Experience in medical devices, digital health, EHR systems, interoperability standards, and remote monitoring solutions (preferred)
  • Established relationships with EHR vendors, health IT companies, and remote monitoring solution providers (preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital health technologies, AI/ML applications, and data-driven decision-making (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
