Responsibilities
Monitor and manage sell-out volume and share growth.
Drive sell-out performance, monitor market trends, and execute strategies to grow sales and market share in collaboration with Key Account Managers.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in business related discipline preferred.
5+ years of experience in a comparable level role with executional accountability.
Proven track record of success in a licensing or franchising, ideally gained from a Retail or a commercial consumer environment.
Consumer research and insights experience.
Proven success in coaching and influencing independent business operators.
Ability to negotiate with customers from individual small accounts to national major accounts.
Strong sales and account management experience with track record of performance success.
