About the role

  • Territory Sales Manager responsible for sales objectives in Joint Replacement products across Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals to drive market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Outperform the market – compete and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products
  • Maximize current Joint Replacement business
  • Develop relationships with potential new customers
  • Meet all hip/knee replacement surgeons on territory within the first 6 months
  • Become a product expert – demonstrate Orthopaedics product knowledge
  • Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures
  • Research, develop and execute territory-specific business plan

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience is essential
  • Ideally within medical sales (joint replacement would be a bonus)
  • Commercial acumen
  • Appreciation of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures
  • Computer skills, MS Office
  • Presentation skills with modern presentation media
  • Workshop/demonstration skills/training skills.
  • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology
