Responsibilities
Identify, manage and develop sustainable partnerships for the company
Recruit and onboard new partners aligned with the organization’s strategy
Negotiate partnership agreements
Manage ongoing collaborations with partners
Develop joint marketing strategies
Monitor the performance of partnership initiatives
Represent the company at partner events
Analyze portfolio profitability
Collaborate with the Product team and Certification support
Maintain a consistently high level of communication and expertise
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field
Bilingual in French and English (an asset)
2+ years of experience in relationship management within payments processing, software, technology or e-commerce
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills, initiative and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience in relationship development and management
Excellent contract negotiation skills
Benefits
Base salary ($60,000 - $70,000) + monthly commissions
