Responsibilities
Preparation of proposals, technical concepts, project outlines and test setups
Execution of feasibility studies and proofs of concept (PoC)
Coordination between sales, partners and internal technical resources
Analysis of customer processes and development of tailored solutions
Building and maintaining customer relationships and conducting competitive analyses
Independently conducting customer meetings, presentations and consulting during the pre-sales phase
Review and management of product customizations and bespoke solutions
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training or a degree in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in presales/technical sales/commercial roles with customer contact
Experience in technical areas such as customer support and/or roll-outs
Experience with on-site commissioning at customer locations
Knowledge of video surveillance, video security, IT, IP networks and the security industry is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel
