Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role focuses on creating new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision makers.
Follow prospecting plans and best practices to execute engagement strategies utilising email, phone, and social touches.
Acquire sufficient knowledge and understanding to manage conversations with executives, decision makers, and other stakeholders in target accounts with the goal of scheduling a sales meeting.
Assist Account Executives by moving along qualified leads through the sales cycle.
Manage inbound leads with a prioritisation strategy.
Attend in-person events (tradeshows, roadshows and roundtables) engaging with prospective clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred but not required.
Prior SDR experience or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service) preferred but not required.
Strong conversational communication skills, with a high degree of curiosity and empathy, and strong listening skills.
Robust organisational skills.
An ability to excel in operationally complex, fast-paced, or customer-facing work environments.
