Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dermatology Sales Professionals (DSPs)
Plan and execute regional sales meetings
Analyze sales performance and market data
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure appropriate understanding and use of Galderma Market Access programs
Develop and implement customer-focused processes and workflows
Ensure full compliance with company policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
2+ years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in sales roles
Strong ability to learn and communicate complex product information
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Working knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and access pathways
Strong understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace
Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, influence stakeholders, and execute with discipline
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel approximately 75%, including overnight travel
