Responsibilities
- Aufbau, Pflege und Steuerung des Requirements-Managements inkl. RMP, Prozessen, Rollen und Schnittstellen
- Erfassung, Analyse, Klassifizierung und Allocation von Anforderungen aus TSI, NTR, Verträgen und Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Pflege des Requirements-Repository, Versionierung sowie Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Traceability Matrix
- Planung und Nachverfolgung von Verifikations- und Validierungsaktivitäten (V&V) inkl. Aufbau des Compliance-Dossiers
- Steuerung des Change- und Konfigurationsmanagements (CR-Register, Impact-Analysen, CCB-Freigaben)
- Enge Abstimmung mit System Engineering, Projektmanagement, Homologation, V&V, Lieferanten und Kunden sowie Unterstützung von Assessments und Genehmigungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Bahn-/Fahrzeugsystemtechnik)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Management in sicherheitsrelevanten Bahnprojekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der TSI-Landschaft (insb. TSI CCS 2023/1695), NTR sowie CSM-RA
- Sicherer Umgang mit RM-Methodik (Parsing, Allocation, Traceability, V&V) und relevanten KPIs
- Erfahrung mit RM-Tools, MS-Office sowie evidenzsicherer Ablage
- Verständnis für Funk- und Zugsysteme (z. B. GSM-R, Fahrerbediengeräte, UIC-Schnittstellen)
- Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
