Responsibilities
- Lead ANZ monthly and quarterly category reporting
- Deliver actionable insights to support range reviews and category planning
- Identify category growth opportunities across customers and channels
- Support major retail events and business planning cycles
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive category growth strategies
- Present category insights and recommendations to retail partners
- Analyse market and shopper data using Nielsen, IRI or similar platforms
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, reporting and insight generation
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or similar discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in Category Management, Insights or Analytics
- Strong experience working with Nielsen, IRI or equivalent data sources
- FMCG or General Merchandise industry experience
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
